This Sovereign Protocol (“Protocol“) sets forth the standards of governance and the terms governing your participation in the GRID APEX Ecosystem. This ecosystem includes, but is not limited to, the digital properties operating under the domains apex.gridmotion.net, grid-apex.com, apex.travelinjava.com, trip.travelinjava.com, grid.travelinjava.com, and other related domains operated by GRID CORP. (collectively, “The Grid“).
Your participation in The Grid is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of all protocols, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing, using, or participating in The Grid, you agree to be bound by this Protocol and represent that you have read and understood all of its terms. If you do not accept this entire Protocol, you are not authorized to use or participate in The Grid.
If you are a Registered Entity (possessing a GRID APEX account) and wish to terminate this Protocol, you may do so at any time by closing your account and ceasing all access to The Grid.
The GRID APEX Ecosystem is fundamentally engineered to:
As a condition of your participation, you warrant that: (i) all information supplied through The Grid to GRID APEX is true, accurate, current, and complete; (ii) if you are a Registered Entity, you will safeguard your account information and be fully responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you; (iii) you are 13 years of age or older (or such greater age of consent as is required by your local jurisdiction); and (iv) you possess the legal authority to be bound by this Protocol.
GRID APEX reserves the right at its sole discretion to deny access to anyone to The Grid, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of this Protocol.
Any personal information you submit in connection with The Grid will be used in accordance with our Data Sovereignty Protocol (equivalent to a Privacy Policy). [Click here to review the Protocol].
GRID APEX, in its Sovereign Monolith model, acts as the sole architect you interface with. However, the Nodes (e.g., Sanctuary Nodes such as accommodations, Ground Transitions such as transportation, Sovereign Pursuits such as tours and activities) are provided by independent entities (“Node Providers“) that have been curated and are contractually bound to GRID APEX behind the scenes.
This Protocol and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of The Grid. Use of The Grid is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of this Protocol.

Any individual or legal entity intending to register and provide their services as a Node Provider (including, but not limited to, Sanctuary Nodes, Ground Transitions, or Sovereign Pursuits) within the GRID APEX Ecosystem must agree to and be bound by a separate document, namely the ‘GRID APEX: Node Provider Engagement Protocol’. Said protocol constitutes an integral part of the overall governance framework of GRID APEX. Prospective providers may also initiate the Direct Node Integration process.
